1. Pricing
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all our prices are correct, occasionally mistakes are made. Should an incorrect price be quoted in the store when placing an order, we will inform you of the correct price immediately. Should you wish to cancel or amend your purchase you are at liberty to do so without prejudice. Furthermore if you wish to cancel and the purchase has already been completed, a full refund will be given without question. Please note that the UK price on the site is only an indicative price. The actual price may change subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
All prices quoted in the store are inclusive of VAT. Normal delivery is free of charge. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for full information on delivery.

All orders are subject to availability. The availability of the stock will be displayed in the boutique at the time of purchase. 6. Cancellation - Your Rights
By law, you have the right to cancel as set out in the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Under this act you can cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Should you wish to cancel your order during this time, you are entitled to a full refund pursuant to your statutory rights. Customers are liable for the cost of any returns to Jessica Boo Boutique unless the item was dispatched to the customer with damages.
