Delivery policy
As parents ourselves we understand that having a baby is an expensive time therefore we at Jessica Boo would like to offer free delivery* on every item purchased in our boutique as our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. We hope that this combined with our wonderful packaging and excellent customer service will entice you to shop with us again.
Should you be buying a gift for expectant or new parents we also provide the efficient service of delivering it to the happy parents for you. Wrapped in our luxurious packaging with a handwritten card, what more could you ask for when purchasing a gift. Please tell us at the checkout if your purchase is a gift and what message you would like to have written on your card.
All of our deliveries are through Royal Mail & Parcelforce, when you place an order with Jessica Boo you will receive a confirmation email when it has been confirmed and Dispatched included will also be details of your Tracking Number. If your product is in stock , we aim to deliver your parcel to you within 48 hours. If your item is Out of Stock we will contact you to offer an alternative arrangement, either to cancel your order, wait until the item is back in stock or choose a replacement.

International Delivery
Should you wish to have your purchase shipped internationally, please contact info@jessicaboo.com for shipping costs.
We will try to subsidise the cost of shipping as much as possible so that we give you a competitive rate.

Returns policy
Cancellation of an online purchase
We want you to be absolutely delighted with the products that you purchase from Jessica Boo Boutique. However should you wish to cancel part or all of your order with us you can do so in writing by email within 14 days of receiving your items to info@jessicaboo.com.
In the email please state your name, the full order number and optionally the reason for the return. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. However please contact us before you return the goods and we will give you a returns number.
You are entitled by law to a full refund of your purchase as stated by Distance Selling Regulations, however it is subject to meeting the Jessica Boo criteria set out below:
- All items should be in perfect condition - unworn and undamaged
- All items should be in their original wrapping with hanger.
- All items must have the original tags attached and intact.
- The items should not have any overwhelming odour such as perfume or smoke.
- All items must be returned including any free gifts received by you from Jessica Boo
- All Items should be in re-sale condition.
Should the items be returned outwith the outlined criteria above, Jessica Boo reserves the right to refuse a refund and the goods will be returned to you at your expense. Should you wish to return an item bought within the store you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. You will receive either an exchange or a credit note for the value of your purchase. However the return is subject to the following criteria:

Special Orders / Special Occasion Wear / Chrisitening Wear
We do offer the facility to order items which may not be available on our website or in our store. However we are unfortunately unable to refund or exchange any special order items purchased either online or in our store. All special order items are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering.
Unfrotaunately we also do not accept refunds or exchanges on Special Occasion wear or Christening wear unless prior arranged by the store management.
Sale Items
All sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Faulty / Damaged Items
We place the highest importance on providing our customers with quality and faultless products. Prior to delivery we personally check each item before it is lovingly wrapped in delecate tissue paper and sent to you. If however you find a defect with any of the items you have purchased, please contact us immediately and we will resolve to come to a satisfactory solution for you. This could be either a refund or replacement of your item.
Before returning the item to us, please send an email to info@jessicaboo.com where we will discuss the return with you. When the product is damaged we pay the cost of returns. Any damaged item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the item. Once the returned item has been received, we will refund or replace your product quickly and efficiently.
