Thank goodness for Jessica Boo! I needed to order a very special baby gift for my dear friend in Berlin. After visiting a handful of on-line baby retailers in Germany and feeling that I would never be able to find the kind of gift that I was looking for, I happened across the Jessica Boo web site and knew I had found the right place.
After selecting a lovely Moses basket and high quality bedding, I wanted to charge the purchase directly to my Visa card rather than the World payment service. I somewhat nervously phoned the direct number listed on the web site and to my surprise was able to speak with the proprietor of the business herself. She warmly and happily assisted with the transaction and put me at ease about the purchase. If that were not enough, delivery was free and the gift was beautifully wrapped with a hand written card containing the message of my choosing.
The personal service that I received far exceeded my expectations and I will certainly visit again and again as my friend's baby grows. Thanks so much for all of your help Angela! You made the experience more than pleasant.
This was singularly the best on-line shopping experience that I have ever had!

Great Stroller
"This is the cutest stroller! The brown and green make it stand out and it's so light and folds down very compact, yet is really sturdy. An especially nice feature is that the seat back is adjustable, so when my son falls asleep it goes flat. Great for around town!"

Thank you very much for the gift you included for Ellie- it really is quite beautiful and pink is very much Ellie’s colour so she will look fab in it. Very generous of you particularly considering the delay was not of your doing. I’ve been very impressed by the service we have been given and despite the delay we always felt well informed and given what felt like personal service (very rare in this day and age!). I'm so impressed with Jessica Boo. Friendly, personal and excellent service! We're living in the USA and I love Mamas and Papas products and had been desperately hunting for this gym and it was nowhere to be found. I was over the moon to find it on this site. They sent it out straight away and it arrived very quickly in perfect condition. The gym totally lives up to my expectations and my little boy is so happy in it, looking at the animals! Thank you SO much, I am desperately trying to find an excuse to buy more things here.
